WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Sunday

Sunday is family dinner night when we gather at the dinner table to share a nice meal that takes a little longer to prepare.

Superbowl Party

(Shrimp & Avocado Crostini)

Monday

I have a Bible Study every Monday evening, so that means a quick dinner is a must (under 30 minutes).

Spaghetti w/ Meatballs

Tuesday

Weeknights require a meal that can be prepared in under and hour.

Lemon Chicken Skillet Dinner

Wednesday

Wednesday is date night.  We usually go out to dinner.

Early Valentine's Dinner at

187 Rue Principale

Emmaus, PA

Thursday

Another meal that can be prepared in under an hour.

Stuffed Pork Chops w/ Peas & Gravy

Friday

Fridays are pizza night.  Sometimes we make one at home or order one fom our favorite place in town, Roma.

Pizza

Saturday

Weekends mean I can spend a little more time in the kitchen.  If we're not going out with friends, I'll prepare a slow-cooked meal.  Winter time brings out the slow cooker!

Oxtail w/ Bread Dumplings

Every week I prepare a menu.  Not only does this help with the grocery shopping, it means I don't have to think about what to make for dinner after a long day in the office.  Here's what were having this week.  Links are provided for any recipes.  For photos, check out my social media pages.
